1. Research Assistant IT (m/f/d)

The Bayerische TelemedAllianz (BTA) is a leading platform for telemedicine, eHealth and health telematics in Bavaria. With projects such as the spasticity app, the digital visit, the Appositas dashboard or the Doccura video consultation, we promote modern care solutions and set new standards in the digital health world.

Would you like to play an active role in shaping the digital transformation in healthcare? We are now looking for a research assistant IT (m/f/d) who will advance our projects with technical expertise and innovative ideas.

Your tasks

Technology and IT innovation:

Development and evaluation of IT solutions for our projects, such as the Spasticity App or the Appositas Dashboard.
Support in the implementation and further development of IT solutions in utility projects.
Ensuring smooth data exchange and data security.
Process analysis and optimization as well as data collection and evaluation

Digital platforms and infrastructure:

Support and further development of our internet projects (e.g. www.telemedallianz.de).
Management and optimization of the internal IT infrastructure (hardware and software).

Project management:

Management and coordination of projects, including documentation and reporting.
Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR).

Scientific support:

Conducting in-depth research on current trends in digital healthcare.
Development and implementation of care concepts.
Creation of presentations and specialist publications to present our projects.

What you bring with you

Successful university degree in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering, health economics or a related field, such as IT specialist.
Knowledge in the development and maintenance of IT systems, ideally also in networks and programming languages.
In-depth knowledge of data protection (GDPR) and its implementation in practice.
Creativity, initiative and a solution-oriented approach.
Ideally experience in project management and interest in digital healthcare.
Confident use of MS Office and organizational skills.

Your tasks

Marketing and communication: Support in the marketing of our products and services, development of social media channels, target group analyses and creation of marketing and sales texts.
Project work: Participation in innovation projects and research work, development and implementation of strategies and optimization of business processes.
Content Creation: Creation of presentations, training materials, reports and minutes.
Event management: Participation in the organization and implementation of events.
Creative input: participation in brainstorming sessions and idea development.
Research and analysis: Conducting market analyses and targeted research on trends in telemedicine and eHealth.

your profile

Enthusiasm for digital innovations and affinity for technology.
Very good computer skills, especially in MS Office; basic knowledge of web design (HTML) and social media is an advantage.
Good oral and written expression.
Independent and reliable working style, coupled with organizational talent and team spirit.
Analytical skills and basic knowledge of scientific work.
